GIANT Smart Gateway 10 Radio Interface
The Smart Gateway 10 radio transmitter is the communication centre in your Giant e-bike. The radio interface ensures smooth and fast communication between the display, control unit and motor. The Smart Gateway 10 transmitter is connected to the motor via a cable. In addition, the Smart Gateway module is the Bluetooth connection piece from your e-bike to the Giant RideControl app. Keep an eye on all your riding data, customise your e-bike system and install the latest software updates. The additional ANT+ interface also allows you to connect any ANT+ bike computer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE GIANT SMART GATEWAY MODULE
The module is delivered from the factory with a standard serial number. This must be replaced by an authorised dealer with your e-bike frame number. This ensures that your e-bike can always be correctly identified. On request, we can record your frame number onto your new Smart Gateway module before delivery. To do this, enter your frame number with the corresponding e-bike model in the comments field when ordering. Please note that delivery can be delayed by a few days.
