SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options across all countries served by Gearup.ie. Please note that shipping rates vary depending on whether you are ordering a bike or accessories.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 days. Delivery times are estimated at 1–3 days within Ireland and 3–7 days for selected EU countries.
Within Ireland, all bikes are delivered fully assembled and ready to ride, straight to your door. Bike delivery is available for a flat fee of €50. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your bike in person from our Giant Store Cork location in Ballincollig.
SAME DAY DISPATCH
For small orders, we dispatch them on the same day if the ordered items are in stock in our stores and the order is placed before 4pm. Upon dispatch, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. If the product you wish to order is not available in our stores but is in stock at our warehouse, a “Warehouse Stock” warning will be displayed on the product page.
When this warning appears, it indicates that the product will be ordered directly from our warehouse. We don’t always stock everything in our shops due to space constraints. Instead, we procure items directly from our warehouse. Delivery times typically range from 4-6 weeks in total.
Due to high sales volume, there may be occasions when we are unable to guarantee same-day dispatch of products. Additionally, upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking information.
CLICK AND COLLECT
You don’t have to wait for your order to be delivered. During checkout, you can also opt for “Local Pickup” and collect your order from one of our stores on the same day. You’ll be presented Cork as an available pickup location. Before heading to collect your item, feel free to give us a call to confirm its availability for pickup.
If you’re planning to pick up a bike from the store, please give us a call beforehand to inquire about the availability of your bike. This is because the bike might need assembly by our staff before delivery.
For small packed orders, there won’t be much wait time for collection. You can simply come over and pick up your order on the same day.
ASSEMBLED DELIVERY
We always deliver bikes fully assembled to our customers in our own transportation vehicles. This is why we never use delivery companies to transport bikes in Ireland. The rationale behind this decision is that delivering assembled bikes can result in damage during transit, such as scratches, bending, or tearing of parts. Moreover, the cost can be prohibitive due to the space occupied by assembled bikes. Ensuring that your bike reaches you without any problems or issues is of utmost importance to us!
