Easy to swap with other MIK accessories

More and more bikes are equipped with an integrated MIK HD system in the rear rack, allowing you to quickly switch between different MIK accessories. At Urban Iki, we believe in the convenience of this system, which is why we’ve developed special MIK HD rear seats that can be clicked directly on these racks. No mounting materials or tools needed!

Please note: the MIK HD system is not the same as the regular MIK system. MIK Heavy Duty is specifically designed to support the extra weight that comes with a child seat

When you have purchased a rear seat for your child, you want to hit the road as soon as possible. That is why our seats are designed to have you ready within just 5 minutes. With the supplied mounting materials, installing your seat is a piece of cake. If you want to travel light, you can detach the seat in just a few seconds with our smart Click & Go system (after opening the safety lock, of course). The 5-point safety belt can be easily opened with one hand, so you keep your other hand free to balance your bike. For even more user friendliness, all parts of the rear seat can be adjusted without needing tools.

The rear bicycle seats are tested in our own testing facility to meet high Japanese safety standards. The front seats also meet the demanding EN14344 standard, and they are tested and approved by the independent German safety institute TÜV.

Urban Iki rear seats are compatible with most standard bicycles and pannier racks, mounting materials are included in the box.
