- Free delivery on bicycles priced over €1,499
Free delivery applies to standard shipping services within Ireland unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Standard Delivery Charges
For orders that do not qualify for free delivery, shipping costs are:
- Calculated at checkout
- Based on product type, weight, size, and destination
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Bicycle Delivery
- Bicycles are shipped securely using specialist bike couriers where required
- Some bicycles may arrive partially assembled for safe transport
- Assembly instructions will be provided where applicable
Delivery times for bicycles may be longer than standard accessories due to size and handling requirements.
5. Local Store Pickup
We offer free local store pickup from our Cork store:

- Photo ID and order confirmation may be required at collection
6. Dispatch Times
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days
- Dispatch times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
7. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and begin once the order has been dispatched:
- Ireland: 1–3 working days
- EU deliveries: 3–7 working days (may vary by country)

8. International (EU) Shipping
- All prices displayed on gearup.ie include Irish VAT, where applicable
- No additional customs duties apply for deliveries within the EU
- Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access and availability
9. Failed Deliveries

- Failure to accept delivery
- Failure to collect from courier depot
We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery or deduct return shipping costs from any refund.
